For a nice change up to your G&T, substitute Bombay Sapphire East Gin. It gives the drink a decidedly exotic slant.

Ingredients:

1 1/2 parts Bombay Sapphire East Gin
3 parts tonic water
Lime wedge
Lemon wedge
Lemongrass sprig

Directions:

1. Pour gin and tonic water into a tall glass filled with ice.

2. Squeeze in the lemon and lime and garnish with the lemongrass.

Serves 1
