If you like an Aperol Spritz, I’m pretty sure you will enjoy the Apple-rol Spritz. Hard cider replaces the prosecco and gives the cocktail fresh notes of apple which pair fantastically with the sweet-bitter flavor of Aperol. It’s a light and refreshing drink that looks as cheerful as it tastes.

Apple-rol Spritz Cocktail

1 ounce club soda
1 orange slice, for garnish

I love the name of this song. It doesn’t line up with the lyrics, which makes it that much better to me.
“I am changing back
into someone I remember,
and I am changing back
into someone I know.”
Check out The Year Thirteen on Bandcamp where you can buy the music.
Cheers!
