Red And White Hummus. Listening To The Lovely (And Interesting) Music Of Woodpecker Wooliams.

Red And White Hummus

Remember this guy?

More Woodpecker, of the Wooliams sort, after the recipe.

Hummus is such a great dip. Easy to whip up in a moment and full of flavor possibilities.

The Red And White Hummus here gets its name from the mixture of red kidney beans and white cannellini beans. Just a hint of garlic and lemon gives it a light and pleasant flavor.

If we ever get together and I have a few drinks, ask me about the woodpecker.

I’m quite sober now, so no woodpecker story, just a song from the fabulous Woodpecker Wooliams.

Diego Diego stopped me in my tracks. What a voice. What a stripped down gorgeous song.

So as not to lock WW in a particular genre, check out this song. Wicked experimental and it drives my cat absolutely BONKERS! The whole time I had it on he was completely agitated, ears back, walking in circles stopping only to bat my head intermittently. It’s a long tune, too, so he was a bit of a mess by the time I had played it through a few times.
