Yes, I do, because I get to share this super quick, super easy recipe with you.
Hey Lasagna lovers. Like me you probably don’t get to make lasagna as often as you would like since a good one takes a bit of time. Now, in one half hour you can have all of the fabulous flavors in this delicious stove top version. It’s packed with cheese and beef in a simple tomato-basil sauce.
Looks like lasagna has made it to the weeknight dinner table.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
12 ounces lasagna noodles, broken in pieces
28 ounces cannned tomatoes, undrained and chopped
15 ounces tomato sauce
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
15 ounces ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add garlic, beef, and spices. Cook, stirring occasionally, until beef is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Top with Italian cheese.
2. Place lasagna noodles over meat mixture; top with tomatoes, tomato sauce, basil and 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until noodles are tender.
3. Dollop ricotta cheese evenly over mixture, stirring slightly. Cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

So, this song is called ( ).
I can’t tell you how to pronounce it. Hell, even a Google search comes up with zero results.
It sounds like a song, though. A little slice of prog-alt rock. Maybe it is SYMBOLic of something. Ha!
The band recommend enjoying their audio “with a slice of your favourite pizza (we even thank pizza in our EP liner notes) and a nice, cold beer.”
I hope lasagna is close enough. It also goes well with ( ) and a frosty beer.
