Q: What do you get when a chicken lays an egg on top of a barn?
A: An eggroll.
Easy. Easy. EASY.
This is one of the fastest slow cooker dinners ever. Let that oxymoron settle in.
Just 3 ingredients tossed in the cooker and 8 hours later, spicy Buffalo chicken is waiting for you. Shred it and put it in a sandwich or salad. I used my chicken to make yummy wraps.
Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breats
1 cup Frank’s RedHot Original Sauce
1 cup chicken broth
4 sandwich wraps
Romaine lettuce, shredded
Blue cheese dressing
Celery sticks to serve alongside, if you like
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in greased slow cooker.
2. Mix together the hot sauce and chicken broth. Pour over the chicken and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
3. Remove chicken from the sauce and shred.
4. Layer shredded chicken and lettuce over wraps. Drizzle with slow cooker sauce and blue cheese dressing. Roll up and serve.

London based singer Josh Record (“Yes”, he says, “It is my real name.”) has a new song out.
‘For Your Love’ puts out ethereal vocals over a hypnotic beat that gets increasingly frantic. Nice.

Cheers!
