Short And Sweet. Mrs. Cookie Monster Cupcakes.

Who out there knows that the Cookie Monster is married? I do. Get it?? I do?

Eye Do.

So does All You Need Is Cupcakes in Buenos Aires. I just had to make the missus for myself.

I started off making a mini mouth, but any cookie eating cupcake deserves a big old gob.

Mrs. Cookie Monster Cupcakes

Ingredients:

Your favorite cupcakes (I have good recipes posted here and here)
Your favorite Icing (have double quantity on hand so you can mound it on for the head. I have a really good and quick recipe for vanilla buttercream posted here.)
Pink sanding sugar
Mini Oreos and/or Regular size Oreos
Candy eyes (1/2 inch size) (You can order them here.)
Black shoestring licorice

Directions:

1. Bake Cupcakes.

2. Mound frosting on cupcake. Dip into a bowl of the pink sanding sugar. Stick on two eyes.

3. If using mini Oreos, push the whole cookie in for the mouth. Regular size Oreos just need a half.

4. Add some licorice eyelashes.

Ain’t she sweet?

How about a short Pink song?

And a sweet song.
