This is a really good slow cooker dinner. So fabulously easy to prepare and it doubles easily.
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
18 ounces sweet and sour sauce
16 ounce package frozen mix of broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
1/4 cup chopped almonds, toasted
Hot cooked rice and egg rolls, to serve
1. Place chicken in a slow cooker with sauce and frozen vegetables. Stir.
2. Cover and cook on low setting for 5 hours or on high for 2 hours.
3. Sprinkle with almonds an serve with rice and egg rolls.
