I was in a rush so snapped these photos using my phone. If you are in a rush and want a really simple, but fantastic dip, give this Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dip a try. Just throw the four ingredients into a food processor, blitz till smooth and…that’s it. Yum.

Creamy Avocado Cilantro Dip

Ingredients:

2 avocados, pitted and chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Directions:

1. Using food processor, purée avocados, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice. Season to taste with salt.

2. Serve dip with chopped vegetables, tortilla chips or crackers.

Makes 1 1/4 cups
