That’s for all of you graduates out there. Depressing, huh? Not really true, but there is too much responsibility and laundry out there in the adult wold. So, you need to be sure to have as much fun as you can.

One way to up the fun ante is to make these cute and yummy Pretzel Roll Sliders. Have you tried pretzel rolls, yet? They are so good with their salty brown crusts and tender, soft insides.

Here some pretzel minis are filled with ham, cheese and honey mustard then warmed through. Now we’re having fun.

Ingredients:

8 pretzel slider buns, split (I used these)
1/3 cup honey mustard
4 ounces Swiss cheese, sliced to fit rolls
8 slices ham (about 1/2 pound)
Pretzel salt

Directions:

1. Spread honey mustard on cut sides of pretzel buns.

2. Place 1 slice cheese on bottom half of each bun. Top each with ham, remaining cheese, and bun tops.

3. Place sliders on parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with a little water and shake on the salt.

4. Bake at 350°F until cheese melts, about 7 to 8 minutes.
