If you are in need of a super fast breakfast/brunch/lunch/dinner recipe, Ranch-Style Quiche is what you want to be making. Fifteen minutes prep and about 30 minutes in the oven will give you a creamy, cheesy, tangy quiche that melts in your mouth.

1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
1 pastry shell (9 inches), baked and cooled
3 eggs
1-1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (1 oz) envelope ranch salad dressing mix
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

1. Sprinkle cheese into pastry shell.

2. In a bowl, whisk eggs until foamy. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese.

3. Bake, uncovered, at 400°F for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F. Cover edges with foil; bake 15-20 minutes longer or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.

Lè Travo has reissued his 1985 release, ‘Erring and Errant’. This reissue contains 3 bonus songs that were released in 1984 on a split LP.

If 80s synth pop with jangly guitars is your thing, you are going to love this record as much as I do.

Check out Lè Travo over at Dark Entries, where you can pre-order the new album.
