Whassup?
Something about “Whasssup???” makes me laugh aloud every time I hear it and every time I say it. Too funny.
I love all of the Budweiser Whassup commercials, but these birds are particularly hilarious.
We had this dinner over the weekend and it was one of the best in recent memory.
The meat marinade is one of the easiest ever and sooooo good.
And that Potato Salad…Fantastic. I loved how the potatoes are roasted here instead of boiled. Seriously yummy tossed with the ranch dressing and the bacon.
Then there are the Garlic Scapes.
Have you had these before? Such bizarre looking veggies.
Garlic scapes are the curled tops of garlic plants that start to pop up in the produce section and at farmer’s markets about this time of year. The flavor is that of mild garlic, so wonderful when cooked quickly with some butter and a little balsamic vinegar.
