Do you have 5 minutes to spare? This colorful animated short film is very entertaining. Such a sweet story.
If you have 5 more minutes you can whip up this no-bake cheesecake and throw it in the fridge to chill.
Then you’ve got yourself a cool, creamy dessert that is not too sweet. The strawberries make it feel like a slice of spring.
Strawberry Crème Fraîche Cheesecake
Ingredients:
200g digestive biscuits
50g butter, melted
300g cream cheese (about 12 oz), softened
400g crème fraîche
1 tsp vanilla extract
25g sugar
300g strawberries (blueberries work great, too. Just dump them in whole and save more to scatter on top)
Directions:
1. Coarsely crush the biscuits in a food processor and add the butter until well blended. Spoon into the base of a 20cm (8 inch) round, loose-bottomed cake tin, pressing down well. Allow to chill.
2. Meanwhile, beat the cream cheese and 250g crème fraîche until thick and smooth then whisk in the vanilla and sugar. Roughly chop half the strawberries and stir in. Spoon over the biscuit base and chill well.
3. Spread over the remaining Crème Fraîche. Slice the remaining strawberries and arrange on top. Serve chilled.

I first heard of North Atlantic Oscillation last month when I happened upon their Soundcloud page.
How cool is this song? I love how it is a loud song that is softly sung. One of my favorite ‘techniques’.
Scottish trio NAO have their new album, ‘Fog Electric’, coming out next month. I cannot wait. Want more, more, more.
Check out North Atlantic Oscillation on the band’s Website, on Facebook and on Myspace. You can buy NAO’s debut album here.
Cheers!
