Israeli Couscous With Kalamata Olives, Sun Dried Tomatoes And Basil

I don’t think that you can go wrong with recipes that call for sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives or basil. Put them together and you’ll usually end up with some food magic.

Israeli Couscous With Kalamata Olives, Sun Dried Tomatoes And Basil

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups vegetable broth
2 cups Israeli couscous
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives
1/2 cup chopped sun dried tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped basil

Directions:

1. Boil broth. Stir in couscous. Simmer uncovered for 6 minutes. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes longer.

2. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
