Short And Sweet. No-Bake Kettle Corn Brownies.

These No-Bake Kettle Corn Brownies are a kind of brownie/fudge hybrid. They are dense and chocolatey, salty and sweet, rich and caramel packed. Oh, and they are super quick to make. Sahuhweet.

No-Bake Kettle Corn Brownies

Ingredients:

26 vanilla wafers
1 sleeve chocolate graham crackers (about 7 whole crackers or about 1 cup crushed)
3/4 cup jarred dulce de leche
8 ounces melted bittersweet chocolate
1/4 cup kettle corn, chopped
1/2 cup kettle corn, to top the brownies

Directions:

1. Crush vanilla wafers and chocolate graham crackers in a food processor.

2. Add dulce de leche, chocolate and 1/4 cup chopped kettle corn. Pulse until smooth.

3. Press into a buttered, foil-lined 8-inch-square pan (or use non-stick foil).

4. Press 1/2 cup more kettle corn on top. Chill until firm, then cut into squares.

Makes 20 squares
