Chocolate Walnut Fudge
2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
12 ounces milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1. In a medium saucepan, bring sweetened condensed milk to a rolling boil over medium heat. (Watch carefully as it can go from boiling to scorching in no time at all.)
2. Remove from heat and add semisweet and milk chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Add walnuts and mix well.
3. Spread fudge into an 8-inch square baking dish lined with non-stick foil. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Cut into small squares.
