Shrimp Margaritaville

Shrimp Margaritaville

Shrimp get the margarita treatment in this fun recipe.

Just marinate shrimp for an hour in, well, basically a garlicky cumin scented margarita. Grill and serve. That’s it.

For a change from rice, I served the shrimp over some marinated giant white beans.

I love all the songs of Montreal-based singer-songwriter Celleste. She’s got a fun vibe, a rock and rollabilly sound, and is adorable, to boot.

Check out Celleste on her Website, where you can buy the music.
