If you are a fan of Baileys Irish Cream, then you will love this super easy and super delicious homemade version. Just toss all of the ingredients into a blender and in 30 seconds you have a smooth, creamy, sweet and strong sipper. I love it alone, but it makes a wonderful addition to a cup of coffee.

Make some Irish Cream Liqueur for yourself and give some as gifts to friends. You’ll be the toast of the town.

I Am Not Lefthanded describe themselves as a “fiercely independent, female-fronted Irish indie trio.”

Kathryn’s vocals on ‘Falls To Me’ are as smooth any liqueur. I adore the change in tempo just before the 3 minute mark….a satisfying build up.

Check out I Am Not Lefthanded on Facebook and the band’s Website, where you can buy their music.

Cheers!
