Short, Sweet and Failproof.
That about sums up this fudge recipe. Just microwave chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth.
Two minutes to creamy chocolate fudge.
That’s it.
The recipe I followed called for a 9″ square pan. I think I will make it in an 8″ pan next time so that the fudge is thicker. I also added some coarsely chopped pecans to half of the chocolate mixture and really loved the crunch of the nuts.
Ingredients:
12 oz (2 cups) chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbs butter
Optional: chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Grease a 9″ square pan.
2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in one-minute increments until melted, about 2-3 minutes.
3. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer.
5. Place the fudge in the refrigerator to set. Cut into 1-inch squares and serve at room temperature. Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Here’s a short song with chanting/shouting grrrrls, electronica and a swirling beat.
Sweet songs don’t get much more of the sugar treatment than this lovely tune.
“I’ve been waiting for you all of my life
Waiting for you all of my days”
