Almond Joys are my favorite candy bar. Here they are the star in these super simple and totally adorable Rudolph Treats.

Ingredients:

12 miniature pretzels, halved
12 fun-size Almond Joy candy bars
24 candy eyes (3/16″)
12 Red Hots candies
1 Tbs chocolate chips, melted

Directions:

1. Insert an end from two pretzel halves into each candy bar to form antlers. (Alternately, you can affix the pretzels with a dab of melted chocolate. I found that some of the Almond Joys would crack a little from the pressure of inserting the pretzels.)

2. Add candy eyes and a Red Hot candy nose, using a dab of melted chocolate. (Decorating Tweezers simplify this step.)

“Reindeer’s Been Naughty” is our short song.

And a sweet song from PJ Cats & The Reindeer.

“Oh, it was nice to be in love again
it was nice to meet you, will I see you again
I had a good time talking to you
you made me feel like a steak on a barbecue

how long will we keep this ultimate high?
I don’t know, but let’s give it a try”

And really, how does a steak on a barbecue feel?
