One look at these 3 Ingredient Nutella Brownie Bites on Pinterest and I knew I was making them that day.
In less than a half hour I had a tray of delectable morsels full of nutty chocolate goodness.
Optional, but highly recommended, is to top the brownie bites with a bit of nuts, sea salt or chocolate chips. I’ve also seen them served with a side of salted caramel sauce. Mmmmm.
Ingredients:
1 cup (280g) Nutella
2 eggs
10 Tbs (62g) flour
Optional toppings: chocolate chips, sea salt, chopped nuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350℉/180℃. Line a mini-muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Nutella, eggs and flour. Spoon batter into liners (I used a small cookie scoop to do this. The batter is a bit sticky, so this method was far easier, and less messy, than using a spoon.).
3. If you like, top the brownie bites with your choice of toppings.
4. Bake brownies for 12 minutes. The centers will have a bit of moist crumb when poked with a tester.
Here’s a short song that’s also sweet.
And a sweet, smoking hot song.

Just sent these in a college care package, I can’t wait to hear how they like them! Super quick to whip up!
I hope they traveled well.
