Buffalo Wing Hummus.
The title of this recipe alone made me want to make some.
Buffalo wings meet hummus. What is not to like?
No disappointment here. Humble hummus is cranked up with the addition of spicy Buffalo hot sauce. Fantastic and super easy.
Ingredients:
1 (19 oz) can chickpeas
1/3 cup liquid from the chickpea can
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons hot buffalo wing sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper, to taste
Celery sticks, carrots and pita chips, to serve
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth. Taste and add more hot sauce if you prefer a spicier hummus. Store in refrigerator.

I fall more in love with this song every time I listen to it.
Seventeen year old Amy Simpson’s angelic voice is so heartfelt and the piano absolutely beautiful. I haven’t enjoyed “La da da”s this much in a long time.
Check out Amy Simpson on her Website and Facebook, where you can pop in for more info about the upcoming EPs’ release.
Cheers!
