I read about someone whose drink of choice was Fresquila Cocktails, a mixture of Tequila and the citrusy Fresca soda.

Mmmm, I thought. That sounds easy and refreshing.

And, it was.

The only issue I had with the drink was completely blog related.

It was a little plain looking and I was in too much of a hurry to drink it to be fussed slicing lemons, or whatever, to garnish in order to get some good pictures.

I had the little mermaid on hand, but even she cannot totally convince you that I’m photographing a tequila laced soft drink, when the beverage looks as plain as water.

Plain.

Plane.

Plane.

Who cares that it is plain, because it is Friday and a tasty beverage is a tasty beverage. Plain and simple.

Make a Fresquila. It will make you just plain happy.

And stormtroopers always make me happy.

Fresquila Cocktails

Ingredients:

Tequila
Fresca
Ice

Directions:

1. Fill a tall drink glass with ice. Pour in some tequila and top up with Fresca.

I’ve found the perfect plain music to play as we sip our drinks.

Well, plane to be exact. And Plane Ticket to be precise.
