Spinach Ravioli Bake

Someone always thinks of something ridiculous to videotape.

Just five ingredients come together for this super easy and yummy casserole. It makes making dinner a snap.

Ingredients:

2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 pkg (25 ounces) ravioli of your choice (you can use frozen right from the bag—no need to boil. Add a little more sauce if you like your pasta on the softer side)
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. Place 1 cup spaghetti sauce in a greased 2 quart baking dish. Top with half of the
ravioli, mozzarella cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Repeat layers.

2. Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40-45 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Serves 4-6

I’m loving this electro heavy song with Karolina Komstedt’s dreamy vocals. One of the comments on Soundcloud: “Hot Damn. Sick.” I’ll second that.

Check out Club 8 on the band’s Website, where you can buy the music.

Cheers!
