Recipe from Whiskey Kitchen

Today I am raising my glass to my birth mother. I think of her often, but she is always on my mind on this day. I am so thankful for the choice she made.

I think I’ll play one of my all time favorite songs and dance on the kitchen counter.

‘Cause we don’t know we’re strong enough
and chances come too soon
But people, people, we’re not in love
and now we’re singing out of tune
