Short And Sweet. Fruit Crumble.

This dessert takes no time at all to put together. Use any combination of fruit that you like.

Fruit Crumble

Ingredients:

4 cups fruit (I used pears and blueberries)
1 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
2 Tbs cornstarch
4 oz softened butter
1 cup self rising flour
1 egg

Directions:

1. Place fruit into a 2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and cornstarch.

2. Blend 1 cup sugar, butter, flour and egg in a food processor and spoon over fruit.

3. Bake at 325℉ for 45 minutes or until bubbling and topping is golden brown.

I served the crumble with cinnamon ice cream. Yum.

The Pains Of Being Pure At Heart-Kurt Cobain's Cardigan

And keeping with the sweater theme, here is a sweet song for the holiday season.

This is a pretty sweet lyric:

“Belly like a lump of gold
Everything you hug, you own.
You own it so well. ”

And how sweet is this part of the song?

“Chanukah or a wreath (oh ho)
We spend the holidays together (oh ho)
We can all overeat (oh ho)
At our holiday dinners forever

Forever…Forever…”
