Short And Sweet. Cashew Lovers Pie.

If you have some leftover cashew butter after making the Cashew Butter Chocolate Chip Bars, this is a great recipe to try. Cool, nutty, chocolately. Sweet.

Cashew Lovers Pie


1/2 cup cashew butter (peanut butter is delicious, too)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz tub whipped topping, like Cool Whip
Magic Shell Chocolate Topping
1 cookie pie crust (recommended: Oreo)


1. Combine all the ingredients except the toppings. Blend with a hand mixer.

2. Gently fold in whipped topping; pour into pie crust and freeze for 2 hours.

3. Once frozen, drizzle with Magic Shell topping and re-freeze for 20 minutes.Thaw slightly before serving.
