These are the most insanely good and outrageously easy brownies.
All you do is substitute Baileys for the water called for in the brownie mix.
That’s it!
The Baileys flavor shines through the chocolate brownie. If you love Baileys, you have to give these a go.
Those little “nip” bottles that you can get at the liquor store are just the right amount for this recipe, in case you don’t regularly have a full sized bottle of Baileys on hand. (But, then you can’t have glass of Baileys with your brownie.)
Also, I tried Ghiradelli Supreme Brownie Mix for the first time and loved it. I baked the brownies in an 8 x 8 pan and they turned out thick, dense, and meltingly moist with a rich chocolate taste.
Ingredients:
Brownie Mix (and all of the ingredients listed on box)
1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream
Directions:
1. Follow the directions on the box of brownie mix, but substitute 1/4 cup Baileys for the 1/4 cup water..
2. Bake as recommended.

The brownies also make the most divine ice cream sundae.

Baileys and Irish bands naturally go well together.
Here’s a short song. It’s titled ‘Piano’, but it is anything but.
And a sweet song.
Check out Enemies on Bandcamp, where you can buy their music.
Andrew Brady also has a Bandcamp page. His album was released just last month. Have a listen and buy his stuff.
Cheers!

I do love Baileys…and I love brownies, what a perfect match!
What is so great about this recipe is that you can clearly taste the Baileys. It isn’t one of those where you say “I know that flavor, but can’t place it.” It is deliciously obvious here. Yum…I need to make another batch. They were gone in one day.
