Quick Shamrock Cupcakes
Ingredients:
Your favorite cupcakes frosted with white icing
Green sanding sugar
Directions:
1. Place a small shamrock shaped cookie cutter on top of cupcake. Pour sugar in and carefully lift off the cookie cutter.
