Greek Spiced Almonds

That was unexpected!

Moving along to this hot recipe.

Greek Spiced Almonds are super easy to make. Roast the nuts, then warm briefly with the spices. What I love about the recipe, aside from being really yummy, is that the roasted almonds absorb the oil so are not greasy.

Some Greek inspired nuts beg for some Greek indie pop. Indiependents, out of Athens, deliver perfectly with their song ‘The Weather Man’. And timely since tomorrow’s forecast is 90% snow. Aaah…that’s Vermont in late April for ya.

Check out Indiependents on Facebook and Bandcamp where you can name your price for their music.

Cheers!
