Best moment at the Golden Globes. Too funny.
Taco wraps are a great option for a quick lunch or dinner. These are filled with a taco flavored cream spread, bean dip, guac, olives and cheese. Onion and bell pepper add some crunch.
The quality of the bean dip and guacamole are key. Also, I did not use all of the taco cream spread to keep things a bit lighter. A little cilantro for color is nice. Next time I’m going to add some shredded lettuce, too.
Quick Taco Wraps
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup canned chopped green chilies
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/2 cup bean dip
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
1/2 cup guacamole
1 small onion, chopped
1 small red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (2-1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained
Chopped cilantro
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in green chilies, sour cream and taco seasoning.
2. Spread bean dip over tortillas to within 1/2 inch of edges. Layer with guacamole, cream cheese mixture, onion, pepper, cheese, olives and cilantro. Roll up tightly and serve.

‘7 Stalkers’, new from London-based artist Zaflon aka Dan Clarke, is one spooky tune. It could very well be the electro background music for a scary movie. Vocalist Gilan’s vocals, while beautiful, are eerie too.
Check out Zaflon on his Website. You can buy the music on Bandcamp.
Cheers!
