Crispy Hot Chicken Salad

Nah. I’m not sorry. I 💙 punny stuff.

I also ❤️ today’s recipe for Crispy Hot Chicken Salad. It has plenty of crunch from celery, water chestnuts, almonds and potato chips. Swiss cheese and mayo lend a nutty creaminess to this easy pleasing dish.

Being a fan of all things ridiculous, it is no surprise that I 💚 this new song from LA-based band Mleo.

The song title might be ‘Ridiculous’ but the track is anything but. It’s got a great beat, fun transitions and lovely lighter than air vocals.

Check out Mleo on the band’s Website where you can learn of upcoming shows in CA and buy their music.

Cheers!
