Marshmallow Pops

What is really great about these fun Marshmallow Pops, other than being really easy and transportable, is that you can customize them for any occasion. Just choose your sprinkle of choice.

Team colors, maybe a sparkly blue for Hanukkah, green for Christmas or just clean out the sprinkle draw like I did.

Ingredients:

2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
4-1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
40 large marshmallows
20 lollipop sticks
Assorted sprinkles

Directions:

1. In a microwave, melt chocolate chips and oil. Stir until smooth.

2. Thread two marshmallows onto each pop stick.

3. Roll marshmallows in melted chocolate, turning to coat (you could also spoon the chocolate over the marshmallows). Allow excess to drip off. Roll in sprinkles.

4. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Chill until firm.

A short song.

A really sweet song.

“So we’re making plans for you and me
there’s so much more we’ve got to see
well these days I’m happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.”

Check out Side Saddle on the band’s Website where you can learn of upcoming shows in CA and NY and link to buy their music.

Cheers!
