Q: Why don’t witches ride their brooms when they’re angry?
A: They might fly off the handle.
Witches of all ages will love this fun dinner.
Bake up some fries and spoon on chili, cheese and your favorite toppings.The individual servings make the meal especially appealing to kids.
Ingredients:
5 cups frozen seasoned curly fries (I couldn’t get those so I used crinkle fries…win!)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can (15 ounces) vegetarian chili with beans or your favorite chili
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
Optional toppings: sour cream, thinly sliced green onions and cubed avocado
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
2. Place fries on a foil lined 15 x 10-inch baking pan. Bake according to package directions.
3. Divide fries among four 2-cup baking dishes. Top each with chili and cheese.
4. Bake 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with toppings as desired.
