My youngest son, who is 11, and I do this thing where I say “I love you”.

He’ll reply “I love you, too.” Then I’ll say “Love you more!”

He’ll answer “No, I love you more” and I’ll finish with ‘Most!’

Well, the other day I came across some images online of different Valentine’s Day cards and one said “Love You More” just like above. So I decided to send it to my boy in an email for fun. But, just before I hit ‘send’ I saw that the image was one of a group and the card right below on my attachment said:

ZOMG!

***Mum quickly hits ‘delete’ to entire email***

I told my son later what I had almost sent to him and we both burst into hysterics.

There was another burst of hysterics when he gave me this card that he made.

I hope you are having a fun Valentine’s Day. Make it even sweeter with this Tiramisù Coffee. Chocolate, almond and coffee flavors blend together with a festive hit of Kahlúa.

Tiramisù Coffee

Ingredients:

4 oz (2/3 cup) semisweet chocolate chips
16 oz freshly brewed espresso or very strong coffee, divided
8 oz heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 teaspoon almond extract
5 oz Kahlúa liqueur
1 tablespoon grated chocolate or chocolate curls

Directions:

1. Place chocolate chips and 4 ounces (1/2 cup) of the coffee in small heatproof bowl or top of a double boiler. Set the bowl over a saucepan filled with 1 inch almost simmering water. Make sure bowl does not touch water. Let stand until chocolate is almost melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat then let stand until chocolate is melted and smooth.

2. Meanwhile, combine cream, sugar and almond extract in medium bowl. Beat mixture on medium-high speed until soft peaks form.

3. Divide chocolate mixture among 4 small coffee cups. Stir in the remaining coffee. Add Kahlúa and top with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate curls.

I love the dialogue at the start of this cool little electro number from Absolute Valentine. Oh, and the door closing at the end of the track. Fun.
