If you are like me and can’t resist digging into some cookie dough when baking cookies, you’ll love these Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles. No eggs are added, so the raw dough is safe to eat as is and there is no guilt since you’re meant to eat the cookie dough!
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Truffles
Ingredients:
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, cream margarine and sugars until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in milk and vanilla.
3. Add in flour.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Form into small balls.
6. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen truffles
