You make some homemade peanut butter cup infused vodka, then shake that with some milk and chocolate syrup for a creamy, nutty, sweet treat.
I must add that those little peanut butter cups that have been marinating in the vodka for a week are insanely good.
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Martini
Ingredients:
2½ ounces Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka (recipe follows)
4 ounces milk
1 teaspoon chocolate syrup
Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine infused vodka, chocolate syrup and milk in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake for 30-40 seconds and pour into two small martini glasses.
2. Garnish with Mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Serves 2
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Infused Vodka
Ingredients:
6 ounces vodka
¼ cup Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups
Directions:
1. Combine vodka and Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups in a mason jar. Close jar tightly and store in a cool, dry place for 7 days. Shake the jar once or twice per day.
2. Once vodka has been infused, strain into another jar. Store in a cool place or in the freezer.
