A dessert titled ‘Cheesecake Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars’ hardly sounds like something that could be considered Short, as in no time at all to make.
Using purchased cookie dough and whipping up a simple cheesecake filling makes it possible.
It takes longer to bake the dessert than to whip it together.
And did I tell you that the bars are heavenly? How could the combination of cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies be anything but?
