I love sangria. Red or white. But, there is something about White Sangria, chock full of summer fruit, that is so good in the warmer weather.
This recipe makes a lot, so is perfect for a party. Whip some up and have your friends around for a few refreshing drinks.
Ingredients:
3 bottles (750 ml each) dry white wine
1/2 cup Triple Sec or other orange liqueur
1 1/2 cups no-pulp orange juice
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
6 Tbs sugar, or to taste
4 ripe peaches, cut in thin wedges
24 oz strawberries, sliced
1 each lemon, lime and orange, cut in thin half-slices
1 Golden Delicious apple, cut in thin wedges
2 trays ice cubes
Directions:
1. Stir first 5 ingredients in a large bowl until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate to chill.
2. One hour before serving pour mixture into pitcher; add fruit. Refrigerate.
3. To serve, add ice to pitchers.
Note: The sangria can be prepared a day ahead through step 1.

Be prepared to tip back your cocktail while a wall of sound swirls around you. That would be compliments of Lumerians’ new song ‘Dogon Genesis’ from their new album which is out today.
Totally psychedelic, erratic and pulsating, it is definitely out there in the spaced out galaxy.
Look and listen to these guys. Trippy. Doesn’t this video make you want to catch a show?
Check out Lumerians on their Website, where you can buy the music.
Cheers!
