Today’s recipe is the other kind of mousse. The light, creamy, dreamy kind.
These Key Lime Mousse Cups are really simple to make and look so elegant in the little phyllo shells. The tart Key lime flavor is perfect with the bite of raspberry.
Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup Key lime juice
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
2 packages (1.9 ounces each) frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
Fresh raspberries and lime wedges, optional
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, milk and juice until smooth; fold in whipped cream. Pipe into tart shells. Garnish with raspberries and lime wedges if desired.

If you can’t find the mini phyllo cups, use shot glasses to make these cute shooters layered with graham cracker crumbs.
One of my friends recommended this song for me to use on a Short and Sweet post day.
Here you go…short and stout.
And to inflict further on you my search for the perfect version, here is a video.
Well, that was different. :)
Today’s sweet song was also a suggestion. Oh my! Do it all day.
After everyone has recovered from the musical entertainment, go make some dessert.
Cheers!
love it!!!!
