This video cracks me up.
I love warm artichoke dips. I’ve shared recipes for this super cheesy version, this one with spinach, bacon and pimiento and this feta packed one.
Today’s Hot Parmesan-Artichoke Dip is the simplest of them all. It is creamy and cheesy with a burst of color and flavor from the tomato and green onion topping.
Ingredients:
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbs chopped tomatoes
1 green onion, sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine first 4 ingredients.
3. Spoon into shallow ovenproof dish or 9-inch pie plate.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with tomatoes and onions.
Makes about 2 cups

So Far From Here is a song from Tunng’s forthcoming album, ‘Turbines’, due out this June. It is deliciously discordant, with all sorts of things going on musically. I like the insistent, but soft, vocals that glide over the mimicking background rhythm.
Check out Tunng on the band’s Website where you can buy their music.
Cheers!
