Sizzling Korean-Style Beef

So Will Smith and his Producer walk into a Korean restaurant. The waiter takes their order, and the Producer wants 2 orders of a Kimchi dish and stuff. The Producer guy excuses himself to use the bathroom really quick, and comes back to the table. Producer asks Will Smith, “What did you get with your Kimchi?”

Will Smith goes, “gettin’ Chiggae wit’ it”

There. A little Korean humor for you.

My husband took me to a Korean restaurant on our first date. So, every time I have Korean-style food I think of him and that really fun night.

This recipe is based on bulgogi, a grilled beef dish that uses a marinade of soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and garlic.

The quantities here serve two, but you can (and should) double or triple the ingredients to make more.
