Short And Sweet. Music To My Mouth Brownies.

Most of us are happy today.

These brownies are the easiest to make and yes, they will be music to your mouth.

The music title comes from the Symphony Chocolate that is added to the batter.

Go make your mouth happy today and whip up a batch.

Music To My Mouth Brownies

Ingredients:

1 package (about 20 ounces) brownie mix
8 tablespoons butter, melted
2 large eggs
2 Hershey Symphony chocolate bars with almonds and toffee (4.25-ounces each), coarsely chopped

Directions:

1. Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 325℉. Lightly grease the bottom of an 8-inch square metal baking pan.

2. Place the brownie mix, butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until moistened, about 40 strokes. Fold in the chopped chocolate bars.

3. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan and bake the brownies until the edges have set and the center is still a little soft, 38-42 minutes.

4. Transfer the baking pan to a wire rack and let the brownies cool for 20 minutes before cutting them into 2-inch square bars and serving. Brownies can be stored, covered with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, at room temperature for up to 5 days.

Think you could substitute a plain Hershey bar? (we can’t do tree nuts in this house…)
