Double Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookies. New Music From Doldrums.

Oreos again.

I can’t help it.

Oreos are just so good in desserts.

I’ve got a batch of miniature Oreo cheesecakes in the oven right now, which look and smell soooo good. More about those another day.

Today, in the ever constant quest for fabulous chocolate chips, I offer up these Double Chocolate Chip Oreo Cookies.

As far as Chocolate Chippers involving Oreos, these are right up there in goodness with the Outrageous Oreo Stuffed Cookies I made here.

Oreo flavor shines in the chock full of chips studded dough. Fantastic.

1 teaspoon baking soda
18 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
½ cup white chocolate chips
¾ cup Oreos, crushed

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375℉.

2. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

3. Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla and pudding.

4. Beat in eggs and then dry ingredients (batter will be very stiff).

5. Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.

6. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Makes about 3 dozen cookies
