Short And Sweet. Oreo Ice Cream Cups.

Here’s the easiest dessert to keep on hand for hot summer nights. Just layer some Oreos and Ice Cream then freeze to firm up.

That’s it.

Use any combination of cookie and ice cream that you like. The possibilities are endless. Plus, cookies always taste great with ice cream.

Bonus is that they look pretty cool.

Cool. Ha!

Oreo Ice Cream Cups

Ingredients:

Oreo Cookies
Vanilla Ice Cream

Directions:

1. Put an Oreo cookie into the bottom of a foil muffin liner.

2. Scoop softened vanilla ice cream over the Oreo.

3. Crush an another Oreo cookie and sprinkle over the ice cream. Freeze until firm.

These keep really well in the freezer for a few days, so you can make a bunch ahead and have them on hand.

Here is a short song about Cups. No, not really.

This video, however, is about Cups and cooler than the ice cream.
