Roast Sausage, Tomato And Feta

My family loves anything with sausage in it. Me, too. I thought that this dish was particularly good.

Roast Sausage, Tomato And Feta

Ingredients:

12 chipolatas or your favorite sausages
1 red onion cut into wedges
400g cherry or grape tomatoes
A handful of green beans
2 Tbs olive oil
150g crumbled feta
A handful of fresh basil leaves

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350℉/200°C/fan180°C/gas 6.

2. Place sausage in a roasting tin with red onion, tomatoes and green beans. Drizzle with olive oil, then roast for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the oven and scatter with feta and basil leaves.

Serve with crusty bread or new potatoes.

Now that we are full of sausages (yum) how about some Belly?

I love the start of this song. Guitar Love. And I love Tanya Donelly’s raspy vocals.

“I know your heart.
It’s just like mine was.”

Cheers!

Yum. Am going to make this tonight! But, the soundtrack will probably be Throwing Muses. Close enough, I hope! :) x

Hmmm. A tricky one! Personally, I’d start with the ‘House Tornado’ and ‘Hunkpapa’ albums. Both so good (nearly as good as this recipe is – so tasty!).
