This Cheesy Snack Mix is a fun way to change up Chex mix. Just add some cheddar popcorn and cheddar pretzels to mixed Chex cereal, then drizzle all with some taco seasoning flavored butter. Cheese and spice and everything nice.

Cheesy Snack Mix

Ingredients:

3 cups Corn Chex cereal
3 cups Rice Chex cereal
3 cups cheddar miniature pretzels (I used cheddar pretzel pieces)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups white cheddar popcorn

Directions:

1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine cereal and pretzels.

2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and taco seasoning. Drizzle over cereal mixture and toss to coat.

3. Microwave, uncovered, on high 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring once every minute. Stir in popcorn.

4. Transfer to a baking sheet to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

Makes 2-1/2 quarts
