Oat-Coconut Smoothie
blender explode

I love banana-based smoothies. So when I saw this recipe that has oats and coconut oil (Hmmm…different) in the ingredient list, I had to give it a try. It was light and refreshing, but kept me fueled for for the whole morning.

Fire up the blender…Oat-Coconut Smoothies are fast for breakfast, as a post-workout treat or anytime you want a quick pick-me-up.
