Pizza Taco. New Music From The Bright Smoke.

Insane dude food: Epic Fast Food Lasagna.

This is hilarious and can make you gain weight just by watching.

Awhile back I saw crazy pictures of enormous tacos which had a full-sized baked pizza as the taco shell. Like this:

I just had to try one!

Well, as my photos show, I chickened out from folding the whole damn thing and risking a huge mess. I also think my kids would fear that I had finally completely lost my mind (although I am fairly certain they think that already).

So I compromised and baked a store-bought pizza then topped it with all the goodies that make tacos taste so good.

It was Jumbo-Yumbo.

Let me start off the music portion of the post by saying I can’t find any connection whatsoever between crazy dude food and The Bright Smoke.

But, like the crazy pizza tacos, I was drawn to their new album “Terrible Towns”.

First, I loved the album artwork. Barns make me happy.

Then, I loved the song titles. ‘Exit Door’. ‘Howl’. ‘Month Six’. ‘Or’.

Finally, loved how it seemed evocative of a spiral out of control in encroaching darkness.

My favorite song on the album is ‘On Ten’. Excellent.

Check out The Bright Smoke on their Website, where you can learn of upcoming NYC shows and link to buy the music.

Cheers!
