Doritos Chicken Casserole

Mother teddy bear: “Would you like some dessert, dear?”

Baby teddy bear: “No, thanks. I’m stuffed.”

You’ll probably have that conversation when you make this yummy Doritos Chicken Casserole for your own teddy bears. I, for one, could not stop eating this creamy, crunchy cheesy meal. You had me at ‘Doritos’.

Made this with Tortilla chips because I didn’t have dorritos on hand – it was a big hit! I cooked the chicken in a “grill pan” and added some mexican seasoning to it while cooking. Thanks! Easy!
