Pasta With Fresh And Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce. The Gorgeous Music Of Jonas Carping.

Hey Dudes! Give me five!

Kitty Five!

That was fun, Eh?

Okay, I know. It was ridiculous.

You will, however, want to send me a cyber high five when you make this pasta dish.

Fresh, light and filled with the flavors of summer, its perfect for a quick dinner or a fabulous side dish.

Pasta With Fresh And Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce

2 Tbs olive oil
1 garlic clove. minced
Freshly ground pepper and Parmesan cheese, to taste
1/2 lb small pasta (I used mini Penne), cooked

Directions:

2. Toss sauce with hot pasta and serve.

Out of Stockholm, Sweden is Jonas Carping. A little bit folk, some alt-country and a lot of beautiful lyrics.

Such an achingly lovely voice. Such gentle guitar. I am completely hooked.

This song is just flat out gorgeous.

“It’s the aching kind
breaking hearts, as it moves
it’s the wishing kind
as it unrolls with hope
we will not fade

Some are the things that we leave inside
Some are the love that we left behind, go wild
My eyes are open wide
Dont leave me underground”
Jonas Carping-Underground

And this song, in Swedish, is so good no matter what Jonas is singing about.

Check out Jonas Carping on his Website and Facebook. You can buy the ‘Underground’ EP here. The full length album ‘All The Time In The World’ will be released September 24, 2012. You can pre-order it here.

Cheers!
